Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the be777 Platform. Multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers by the same individual — are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document;
• Your date of birth;

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your be777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of your account when accessing be777 from a shared or public device;
• Contact be777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

be777 is not liable for any loss of funds or data resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by another party who gained access due to your negligence — is your responsibility.

Deposits & Payments

be777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to the minimum and maximum limits in force at the time of the transaction:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made by another person on your behalf — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

be777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. be777 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

All account balances on be777 are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Transactions processed in other currencies are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

be777 reserves the right to decline, hold, or reverse any deposit that triggers risk or compliance concerns, including suspected money laundering, fraud, or payments from restricted jurisdictions.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your be777 account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Philippine Passport, UMID, or driver's licence;
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement;

Gaming Rules

All games offered on the be777 Platform operate under their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you accept those rules as binding.

General gaming principles that apply across all be777 games include:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

Limitation of Liability

be777 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security or from access by an unauthorised third party;
• Decisions made based on information provided on the Platform that are subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete;
• Tax obligations arising from winnings — you are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on gambling winnings under Philippine law.

Nothing in this section limits be777's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by be777 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge and accept the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
